Positioning Your Life for Increase

Positioning Your Life for Increase

Text: Psalm 115:12-18

Make no mistake about it, God’s will and intention is to give you increase because His grace has already been afforded to you by the sacrificial shed blood of Jesus. God’s grace is His unmerited love, mercy, kindness, and security. Let’s look carefully at Romans 5:1-12. To Position Your Life for God’s divine gracious increase there is some vital principles and practices you must follow, and put in daily motion in your life.

1. Practice diligence at all times in all your endeavors and responsibilities:
Prov. 10:4-5, Prov. 13:4, Prov. 6:6-11, Prov. 12:24.

2. Delight in and meditate in and stay focused in God’s word continually. Saturate yourself with its truths. God’s word is God speaking to you because He is His word and His word is Him. See John 1:1

3. Keep Hope Alive and believe and realize it gives access to God’s grace, favor, provisions, and promises. See Psalm 68:19, Psalm 103:1-5, Hope is more powerful than we realize: Rom. 5:1-5, Romans 15:4

4. Keep your mind renewed daily no matter what. Even if under attack or in tough times, get a word of truth in your mind: Rom. 12:1-2, Ephes. 4:23, John 8:32

5. Recognize and acknowledge vocally your God ordained dominion and reigning in the earth which by His grace entitles you to all God’s blessings and provisions contained in His word: II Corinthians 1:20, Prov. 12:14, Prov. 13:2, Prov. 18:20-21

6. Practice and live God’s Righteousness that He has made you through Jesus’ sacrificial death: II Corinthians 5:17-20, Psalm 112:1-10

7. Believe you are saved by grace even with your imperfections, flaws, and faults. We could never earn grace and the salvation it affords us through our own righteousness, good deeds and efforts. It could only come through God’s proven love for us by sending Jesus Christ His only son to shed His innocent blood on the cross of Calvary: Ephes. 2:4-10
